Slow living 101

Your body loves a routine.

You run on a roughly 24-hour inner clock. Daylight, meals, movement and bedtime all help it keep time. Which is a fancy way of saying the little daily rituals really add up.

24 hours

Your inner clock

Scientists call it your circadian rhythm. Morning daylight is one of the big signals that tells it what time it is.

First thing

Water before coffee

You just went eight-ish hours without a sip. A big glass of water first is the easiest win of the whole day.

3pm

Step outside

Ten minutes of fresh air, phone in your pocket. The emails will still be there. Pinky promise.

Our two cents

Daylight, water, real food, moving your body, sleep and your people come first, always. If life has felt heavy for a while, talk to someone you trust, or your doctor. Our two bags are the prettiest part of the morning, and that's the job.

01

A pink glass first thing

Salty Goddess in cold water. Strawberry lemonade, a little salty, very pretty.

02

Two capsules with breakfast

Shine, our number one bestseller. Herbs and mushrooms in a little yellow bag.

03

Five minutes for you

Sit down to drink it. Porch, balcony, kitchen floor. Phone face down.

From our founder

Hey, it's Jaye.

Pull up a chair. This is how I start my mornings.

Press play and I'll show you how I make my Goddess, why there's no plastic scoop in the bag, and the tiny details we obsessed over. Grab a glass of water. Or, you know, a pink one.

  • Two teaspoons, cold water, done

Five minutes, three steps.

Before the coffee, before the inbox. Strawberry lemonade with your feet still in slippers.

8AM

With breakfast and a glass of water. Then pick up the phone, if you must.

Plants with a very long résumé.

Everything in these two bags has been in someone's kitchen, garden or tea for centuries. Here's who's who.

A woman laughing with an ice cream cone and a bag of Shine against a blue wall
Ashwagandha · 400mg

Smells like a horse

The name is Sanskrit for "smell of a horse," thanks to its earthy root. A staple of Ayurveda for around 3,000 years.

Holy Basil · 20mg

Tulsi, the sacred one

Grown in pots outside homes all over India and brewed into tea every day. Basil's more spiritual cousin.

Cordyceps · 300mg

The orange one

A bright orange, club-shaped mushroom with a long history in traditional Chinese and Tibetan practice.

Lion's Mane · 300mg

The shaggy one

Looks like a white pom-pom and tastes a bit like crab when you cook it. Ours is full spectrum.

Maitake · 1000mg

The dancing mushroom

Maitake means "dancing mushroom" in Japanese. Legend says foragers danced when they found one. In every glass of Goddess.

Black pepper · 5mg

The sidekick

Pepper and herbs have been paired up in Ayurvedic recipes forever. Shine keeps the tradition with a pinch of piperine.

Heads up, first sip

Goddess tastes like real fruit and real salt.

Real fruit is tart. Real salt is salty. If you're used to candy-sweet neon drinks, your first sip might make you blink. Give it three mornings, then try going back.

Read this bit

The fine print, made friendly.

The servings.

Goddess: two level teaspoons in cold water, once a day. Shine: two capsules a day, with or without food. Each bag lasts about four weeks. Any teaspoon from your drawer works.

Check with your practitioner first if you:

  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Have a thyroid or autoimmune condition (Shine contains ashwagandha)
  • Take any prescription medication
  • Are on a low-sodium diet, or have kidney or heart concerns

Questions, answered.

Will I feel a difference?

We can't promise how you'll feel, and we'd side-eye anyone who does. Bodies are wildly different. What we can tell you is exactly what's in every glass and capsule, down to the milligram, and how to take them. For anything health-related, your doctor is the best first call.

When do I take them?

Our go-to: Goddess first thing, two Shine with breakfast. Some people split Shine, one at breakfast and one around 3pm. Pick what fits your day and stick with it.

What's in a duo order?

Monthly: one bag of Salty Goddess (28 servings) and one bag of Shine (56 capsules), about four weeks of each. Every 3 months: three of each, so you're set for the season.

Can I take Shine with my coffee?

Yep. Two capsules with breakfast, coffee and all. Goddess goes first though, before the coffee. That's the whole ritual.

Why is there no scoop in the Goddess bag?

Because the world has enough plastic scoops in landfill. Two level teaspoons from your kitchen drawer is the exact serving.

Why "a little salty"?

Because there's real Canadian sea salt in Goddess, and we like you to taste it. Fruit up front, a little salt on the finish. Very margarita-adjacent.

How does the subscription work?

Goddess and Shine each ship on the plan you pick: monthly at 10% off, or every 3 months at 20% off. Skip, pause, push your date back, swap or cancel from your account anytime. Free gifts land in orders 2, 3, 7 and 13 automatically.

What if it's not for me?

30 day returns. Email us and we'll sort it out, no awkwardness.
